We provide Nanny / Housekeepers, Elderly Care Workers and Nurses who, in turn provide the finest home care for children or elderly clients.  We limit our immigration services to the top one or two percent of people who want to immigrate to Canada,  or want a U S green card to work as live in  caregivers, or nurses in the USA.

[Under Construction] This is the front door to our web site which always changes as we add services and people. Our newest addition is a family resources page.

We are in the process of reorganizing our pages that  describe interesting places and things to do in Canada.  Start on the Canada page and just click on a picture to follow the links for each Province.

Our President, Virginia Bisares has been in Canada for nine years as both a live in and live out caregiver and dealing with Immigration as President of Magic for six.

WHO ARE WE ? ? ? ? ? ?

We have been helping people from all over the world, immigrate to Canada since 1957, under several different organizational configurations,

This Country is officially recognized as one of the best in the world for overall quality of life.

Through many peaceful changes in government and direction, most of our efforts have benefited residents of the Province of Quebec.

Unfortunately at the moment the Office de la Langue Française of Quebec wants our web site translated first.

We go back over forty years to the Hungarian revolution.

Some of our people are better known as part of Operation Lifeline, for the Boat People of Vietnam . They helped over Twenty-five thousand families come to Quebec from refugee camps throughout Southeast Asia in the 70’s and early 80’s.

At present we are a British Columbia non-profit Incorporated organization.

Organization Profile

The Magical Filipina was founded in 1957 as The Asian Students' Support Group and incorporated as a non-profit organization under part 3 of the Government of Quebec’s Loi sur l’incorporation des companies in 1993. It is the final fusion a 50's student movement to help integrate refugees and an Asian  cooperative started at the request of Quebec Government Immigration staff members in 1983.

It all began when a group of Baron Byng High students helped Asian and Hungarian refugee students integrate into the school system here.

In 1998 Magic was also incorporated in British Columbia as a National Incorporation as we had projected an eventual base move west.

Over the years Magic has become recognized as a source of above average talent servicing Royal Families, Embassies, Consulates, doctors and everyday employers throughout Canada and overseas.

A domestic file started by an Individual employer by themselves to bring in an overseas caregiver seems to take up to three years, if it ever clears. Government file checks close many after a year or two without warning. Our files can often clear between six months and a year, Why? Simple. We have people who have been helping legitimate caregivers come into this country for over Forty-seven years.

We have gained a solid reputation among the Federal , and Provincial, civil servants who know our files are not faked. We have completed over thirty-eight thousand files. Only two files were refused outside Canada. Two inside Canada files were refused their permanent status because they changed employers too often, before they came to us. Another couple of dozen were closed by us. We will close a file if our own investigation reveals faked references, or other problems.
